About The Position

PHOENIX Retail, LLC is a retail platform operating the Express and Bonobos brands. Express is a multichannel apparel brand offering modern, confident, and effortless styles. The Sales Associate provides an excellent in-store shopping experience while helping with tasks such as stocking, cleaning, and folding merchandise. The position is at the Carlsbad store.

Requirements

• High school education or equivalent.
• 0–2 years of relevant job experience, with a minimum of 6 months.
• Proficiency using technology, including iPads and registers.
• Availability that meets defined criteria, including nights, weekends, and non-business hours.
• Ability to meet the physical requirements of the position.
• Strong customer service skills and ability to interact with customers.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, particularly with customers, sales leadership, and associates.
• Collaborative skills and ability to work well within a team.

Responsibilities

• Maintain clean and organized sales floor, checkout, fitting room, and stock room areas so the store is safe and inviting.
• Follow company policies and procedures to ensure the safety of associates and customers.
• Assist with product launch changes according to company standard operating procedures.
• Deliver all aspects of the customer experience model.
• Process transactions quickly and accurately to reduce customer wait time.
• Resolve customer service issues positively, determine a resolution or escalate the issue, and communicate issues and resolutions to Store Management.
• Promote credit and loyalty member programs by explaining their benefits and encouraging customer participation.
• Perform other essential functions as directed by a supervisor.
