Associates help provide a seamless experience across retail and ecommerce channels, contribute to sales and performance goals, and advocate for the brand’s purpose.

Requirements

Experience in a similar role.
Awareness of omnichannel retail and the ability to support a seamless customer experience across retail and ecommerce.
Comfort and aptitude with technology and apps.
Strong communication skills across a variety of platforms.
A track record of achieving personal results and consistently outperforming sales and performance goals.
Ability to engage with others and nurture relationships.
Resourcefulness, initiative, curiosity, adaptability, and a willingness to work hard.
Ability to accept feedback, learn from mistakes, and communicate directly and truthfully.
Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
Ability to bend, reach, stretch, lift, carry, and move at least 40 lbs.
Comfort climbing ladders, moving regularly, and standing for extended periods.
