About The Position

Authentic helps insurance brokers create better insurance products for their clients. We provide the technology platform and behind-the-scenes support that lets brokers build custom insurance solutions for specific industries or customer groups. Think of us as the operating system that powers these specialized insurance offerings. For brokers, this means they can offer unique products their competitors don't have, earn more money, and spend less time on paperwork and administrative tasks. We handle the complex (technology, compliance, and partnerships with highly-rated insurance carriers), so they can focus on serving their customers and growing their business. We're looking for driven Sales Associates to join our team. This role is a great fit for someone with one to three years of professional experience who wants real room to grow, make a meaningful impact at a startup, and be rewarded for their results.

Requirements

  • 1+ year(s) of experience in technology sales, brokerage, management consultant, venture capital, or investment banking
  • Strong interest in sales, partnerships, and go-to-market strategy
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders
  • Detail-oriented with a strong work ethic and comfort operating in a fast-paced environment
  • High energy, resilience, and a positive attitude in the face of challenges

Responsibilities

  • Assist in prospecting and qualifying potential clients through research, cold calling, and networking
  • Provide ongoing leadership, guidance, and support to partners to ensure their success in integrating and promoting their insurance program to their users
  • Collaborate with the sales team to achieve quarterly targets and contribute to strategy sessions
  • Analyze market trends and competitor offerings to identify new sales opportunities
  • Handle administrative tasks such as updating CRM systems, preparing reports, and tracking sales metrics
