About The Position

ClearWater Express Wash and BlueWave Express Wash are growing express car wash companies focused on providing an exceptional guest experience. The Sales Associate is one of the first team members guests interact with, welcoming customers, answering questions, explaining wash services and membership programs, and recommending options that fit their needs. Previous car wash experience is not required; training is provided. The role offers the opportunity to develop sales, customer service, communication, and leadership skills in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment, with potential for career advancement.

Nice To Haves

• Previous car wash experience is not required.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests with a friendly, positive, and professional attitude.
• Provide exceptional customer and guest service throughout every interaction.
• Learn and confidently explain car wash services, packages, and membership options.
• Recommend products and services based on each guest's needs.
• Promote and sell car wash memberships by communicating their value and benefits.
• Engage with guests at the pay station and kiosk to create a welcoming experience.
• Answer customer questions and help resolve basic concerns.
• Operate and maintain the pay station and related equipment.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional work area.
• Work with the team to keep the location operating efficiently.
• Follow safety procedures, company standards, and appearance expectations.
• Represent ClearWater Express Wash and BlueWave Express Wash with professionalism and enthusiasm.
