About The Position

PHOENIX Retail, LLC is a retail platform operating Express and Bonobos. Express is a multichannel apparel brand focused on modern, confident, and effortless style. The Sales Associate provides an excellent in-store shopping experience while assisting with stocking, cleaning, folding merchandise, and other store tasks.

The role involves maintaining safe, clean, and organized sales and back-of-house areas; following company procedures; supporting product launches; and delivering the customer experience model. Associates process transactions efficiently, resolve or escalate customer service issues, and explain credit and loyalty programs to encourage participation. Other essential duties may be assigned by a supervisor.

The role is at the Irving Mall store. Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States; visa sponsorship is not available.

Requirements

• High school education or equivalent.
• At least 6 months of relevant experience; listed experience range is 0–2 years.
• Proficiency with technology such as iPads and registers.
• Availability that meets defined criteria, including nights, weekends, and non-business hours.
• Ability to meet the role's physical requirements.
• Customer service skills and ability to interact with customers.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, particularly with customers, sales leadership, and associates.
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate and work well within a team.
• Authorization to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a clean, organized, safe, and inviting sales floor, checkout area, fitting room, and stock room.
• Follow company policies and procedures to ensure the safety of associates and customers.
• Assist with product launch changes according to company standard operating procedures.
• Deliver all aspects of the customer experience model.
• Process transactions quickly and accurately to reduce customer wait times.
• Resolve customer service issues or escalate them as appropriate, and communicate issues and resolutions to Store Management.
• Explain the benefits of credit and loyalty programs and encourage customer participation.
• Assist with stocking, cleaning, folding merchandise, and other tasks as directed.
