About The Position

HUGO BOSS is seeking a Sales Associate for its Macy's shop in Springfield. The role represents the HUGO BOSS brand by delivering an exceptional shopping experience, presenting merchandise effectively, and carrying out operational strategies that support positive operating profits. The Sales Associate builds customer relationships, drives personal sales, maintains product knowledge, and supports store operations and presentation.

Requirements

2–3 years of specialty retail sales experience.
Strong customer service and selling experience.
Independent, self-motivated, detail-oriented, with communication and interpersonal skills.
A high level of taste and sophistication consistent with the HUGO BOSS lifestyle philosophy.

Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

Deliver exceptional customer service through effective communication, problem solving, and collaboration with the merchant group.
Drive personal sales through relationship selling, building a client base, and providing exemplary customer service.
Maintain awareness of product information, product lines, merchandise promotions, and advertisements.
Build relationships with the community through personal involvement, public relations events, and advertising opportunities.
Complete sales transactions accurately and efficiently and maintain proper cash and media accountability at point-of-sale registers.
Assist with merchandising, display maintenance, and store housekeeping.
Follow and execute company policies, procedures, and practices, including signing, pricing, and loss prevention.
