About The Position

PHOENIX Retail, LLC is hiring a Retail Sales Associate for its Express store in Barton Creek. The Sales Associate provides retail customers with a great in-store shopping experience and assists with store tasks such as stocking, cleaning, and folding merchandise. The role includes maintaining clean and organized store areas, supporting product launches, processing transactions, resolving customer-service issues, and encouraging participation in credit and loyalty programs. Other essential functions may be assigned by a supervisor.

Requirements

• High school education or equivalent.
• At least 6 months of relevant job experience; the posting lists 0–2 years of experience.
• Proficiency with technology, including iPads and registers.
• Availability that meets defined criteria, including nights, weekends, and non-business hours.
• Ability to meet the physical requirements of the role.
• Ability to interact with customers and provide customer service.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, particularly with customers, the sales leadership team, and associates.
• Demonstrated collaborative skills and ability to work well within a team.

• Previous retail experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, checkout, fitting room, and stock room to keep the store safe and inviting.
• Follow company policies and procedures to ensure the safety of associates and customers.
• Assist with product launch changes according to company standard operating procedures.
• Deliver all aspects of the customer experience model.
• Process transactions quickly and accurately to reduce customer wait times.
• Positively resolve customer-service issues, determine a resolution or escalate as needed, and communicate issues and resolutions to Store Management.
• Explain the benefits of credit and loyalty member programs and encourage customers to participate.
• Assist with stocking, cleaning, and folding merchandise.
• Perform other essential functions as directed by a supervisor.
