About The Position

Shoe Palace is hiring a seasonal, part-time Retail Sales Associate to create an enjoyable customer experience and help maximize sales in a team-oriented retail environment. Team members support the store’s continued growth, keep the store clean and organized, and contribute to a dynamic and entrepreneurial workplace. The role is based in Pittsburg, California, at the Railroad location. The listed pay is $16.90 per hour, and the role is eligible for the company 401(k) plan.

Requirements

• Be at least 18 years old, or at least 16 with appropriate work permits.
• Have open availability during weekends.
