About The Position
Goody has built the platform for modern gifting - a seamless way to send trendy personal, employee, and client gifts and swag in a few clicks, no address required. Backed by $32.1M from Softbank, NEA, and other top-tier funds, our team is on a mission to redefine the gifting experience. Goody has opened a physical showroom in San Francisco where prospective and current clients can see and review our products before making swag & gifting decisions. We're hiring a seasonal Sales Associate to run the first in-person meeting for client visits, take detailed notes, and route each client to the right seller afterward. This role is ideal for someone with an eye for trends, a genuine interest in gifting, and the polish to represent the brand in person.
Requirements
- Experience in a Sales customer-facing role
- Excellent attention to detail and strong note-taking under real-time pressure
- Confident, warm communicator who builds trust quickly in person
- Comfortable with Email and CRM tools (Salesforce preferred)
- Genuine interest in trends and the service Goody provides
- Available on-site 5 days a week, 9 AM–5 PM, for the full duration of the contract
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
Responsibilities
- Run in-person showroom meetings with prospective and current clients, walking them through Goody's products and use cases
- Ask strong discovery questions to understand each client's gifting needs, budget, and timeline
- Transcribe detailed, accurate notes from every meeting
- Hand off meeting notes and next steps: route all follow ups to the dedicated AE
- Support Sales and Marketing by filling gaps in the showroom calendar, helping keep the schedule full when bookings are light
- Surface trends, client reactions, and product feedback to Sales, Bespoke and Merchandising Teams
