Sales Associate compensation is commission-based and is directly tied to sales volume results. The Sales Associate is responsible for consistently delivering extraordinary service, exceeding sales and service goals, building a loyal personal client base, attending educational sessions, performing sales support tasks, communicating with personal clients, resolving customer service issues, and complying with all health, safety, privacy, and cybersecurity policies. The ideal candidate has a minimum of 4+ years of experience in a commission-based luxury sales environment, consistent sales performance, the ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays, is highly collaborative, leverages social media platforms, is skilled at using multiple channels of technology, proactively reaches out to clients with curated recommendations, has a strong understanding of current and emerging fashion trends, possesses broad product knowledge, and takes initiative to stay informed on new merchandise.
