About The Position

As a Sales Associate at America's Best, you will help deliver an exceptional customer experience while supporting store operations and sales goals. You will assist customers in selecting eyewear based on their lifestyle, prescription, and budget; dispense eyeglasses and contact lenses and provide lens training where permitted by state law; and educate customers on eyewear and contact lens care. You will also maintain accurate customer and patient records, communicate order status, answer incoming calls, keep the store clean and organized and visually merchandised to brand standards, and support inventory control and loss prevention. Other duties may be assigned. In some locations, state laws require certain duties to be performed by people with specific licenses or credentials, so duties and work practices may vary accordingly.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent required.
Skilled at multitasking and handling a fast-paced work environment.

Nice To Haves

One or more years of retail or customer service experience preferred.
