Requirements

• Be at least 18 years of age.
• Have a high school diploma or GED.
• Have general working knowledge of Microsoft Office and a Point of Sale System.
• Be a self-starter motivated to succeed and reach performance objectives.
• Have proven interpersonal and communication skills for engaging with staff, customers, and vendors.
• Be available to work required weekends, evenings, and holidays.
• Be able to pass a criminal background check.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate the sale, checkout, and delivery processes to provide customers with a positive shopping experience.
• Use effective communication to engage customers, build rapport, provide information, persuade, and support sales.
• Become knowledgeable about the products and services offered, practice selling strategies, and achieve sales objectives set by the leadership team.
• Deliver exceptional service, manage difficult situations, and cultivate customer loyalty and satisfaction.
• Participate in balancing the store's daily financial transactions and validate and remedy customer accounts by processing payments and refunds.
