About The Position

Assist walk-in customers and respond to sales leads
Sell powersports vehicles, boats, trailers, and equipment
Guide customers through the full sales process from start to finish
Follow up with leads and maintain customer relationships
Manage multiple customers and priorities at once
Work closely with sales, parts, and service teams

Requirements

• Sales experience preferred (retail, automotive, or commission-based a plus)
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Reliable, professional, and team-focused
• Interest in powersports, marine, or outdoor equipment is a plus
• Valid driver’s license
• Ability to pass background check
• Previous sales experience preferred but not required
