About The Position

We are looking for a Sales Associate to join our growing team in Plano, Texas. This is a full-time position. The working hours are Monday through Friday from 8 am until 5 pm. Working closely with Producers, incumbents: identify prospective clients, follow up on sales calls, maintain and update a prospect database and try to get appointments for Producers. The primary responsibility of telemarketing specialists is to provide sales support and sales opportunities for Producers. Telemarketing Specialists/Lead Generators have good working knowledge of potential clients and the insurance brokerage business and are still developing their telemarketing skills.

Requirements

• High school diploma
• 2 years experience
• Good working knowledge of potential clients and the insurance brokerage business
• Solid verbal communication skills
• Solid time management skills
