About Wine and Beyond Wine and Beyond is Western Canada’s largest liquor store. We pride ourselves on having a selection of over 6,000 wines, 2,500 spirits and 2,200 beers. Our stores are known for their incredible selection, unique product offerings, and the excellent product knowledge and customer service of our staff. About The Opportunity We’re looking for a motivated and dependable Sales Associate to join our team. If you bring a positive attitude and a willingness to learn, we’ll provide the training you need to succeed. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys customer service, teamwork, and a fast-paced environment.
Requirements
- Previous retail or customer service experience is an asset
- Valid ProServe Certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and stand/walk for most of the shift
- Reliable, positive, and willing to support the team to meet shared goals
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
Responsibilities
- Greet customers, answer questions, and provide product recommendations
- Operate the cash register, process payments, and issue receipts
- Restock shelves, receive deliveries, and complete basic inventory checks
- Check customer ID to verify legal purchasing age
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized store environment
