About The Position

Jenni Kayne is hiring a seasonal, part-time Sales Associate in Denver. The role focuses on maximizing sales while providing friendly, welcoming customer service. Associates help customers identify their needs, build client relationships, and support sales through consignments and partnerships with interior designers and wardrobe stylists. They also handle transactions, contribute to store operations and events, promote the brand’s rewards and social media, share business feedback with management, and help protect company assets.

Requirements

At least 1–2 years of retail sales experience.
A can-do attitude and commitment to excellent customer service.
Availability to work during peak business periods, including weekends and holidays.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Knowledge and experience with POS and inventory management systems, Microsoft Word, and Excel.
Comfort working in a team environment.
Ability to lift and move heavy objects weighing 20 pounds or more from time to time.

Nice To Haves

Experience in women's upper contemporary, multi-label, or luxury designer retail.

Responsibilities

Maximize sales and provide friendly, welcoming customer service.
Communicate with customers to determine their needs.
Build client relationships and maintain an updated client book.
Drive sales through consignments and partnerships with interior designers and wardrobe stylists.
Handle point-of-sale transactions, including sales, exchanges, refunds, gift cards, and gift wrap.
Participate in store operations, including maintaining displays, assisting with stock transfers, and receiving merchandise.
Participate in store events.
Encourage customers to sign up for Jenni Kayne Rewards and engage with the brand on social media.
Share feedback with management and write daily business recaps.
Secure company assets through loss prevention in compliance with company policies and guidelines.
