Responsibilities
- Greeting everyone who walks through our doors with energy and enthusiasm
- Presenting the OTF concept to new guests
- Selling memberships and helping the studio thrive
- Calling multiple prospective leads daily to book intro classes and follow up on interest
- Actively participating in community outreach events to generate new leads and promote the studio
- Building relationships with members and ensuring they have an amazing experience
- Responsible for member retention through proactive member care phone calls
- Assisting with front desk operations, phone calls, and member inquiries
- Keeping the studio clean, organized, and welcoming
- Collaborating with our coaching team to create an outstanding member experience
