About the Team: The part-time Sales Associate will be the ultimate Pandora fan. They will be responsible for delivering a first-class experience, exceeding sales targets, and continuously finding innovative ways to engage and attract our fans (customers). Our fans will feel your passion as you share your product knowledge and inspire them to design their jewelry, giving a voice to people's loves. Please note that this job will require the completion of an assessment that will be emailed to you upon application submission. Our Part-Time Sales Associates Shine When: Daring to exceed individual and store sales targets by building a genuine connection with our fans. Embracing the store culture filled with passion for our brand, where team members shine as extraordinary brand ambassadors. Creating an unforgettable shopping moment that exceeds expectations, showcasing excellent product knowledge and driving brand loyalty. Generating a loyal following by engaging authentically and fostering lasting connections beyond transactions. Maintaining some merchandising and retail operational standards ensuring smooth, brand-aligned operations. All other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Results-oriented sales ability with at least 1 year of experience in a high-performance sales environment
- Developed caring sense in written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to charm and captivate an audience with the capacity to connect with people at all levels of the organization
- At least 18 years of age or older
- Ability to provide proof of identity and eligibility to work
- Flexible work schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to stand for prolonged periods
- Ability to lift more than 50 pounds
- Ability to arrive at work on time
