About The Position

Georgia Spa Company is looking for an energetic, customer-focused Sales Associate to join our Macon showroom team. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people, providing excellent customer service, and learning about products that help customers improve their relaxation, wellness, recovery, and quality of life. As a Sales Associate, you'll support our showroom's day-to-day sales and customer service activities while learning about premium products including hot tubs, swim spas, saunas, cold plunge systems, water care products, and wellness accessories. You'll earn $16.00 per hour with opportunities to earn additional bonuses based on performance.

Responsibilities

Welcome and greet every customer who enters the showroom
Provide friendly, knowledgeable, and professional customer service
Assist customers with hot tubs, swim spas, saunas, cold plunges, water care products, and accessories
Learn product features and benefits so you can confidently answer customer questions
Assist Sales Consultants with customers and sales opportunities
Identify customer needs and connect them with the appropriate Sales Consultant when needed
Assist customers with water care questions and product purchases
Answer incoming showroom phone calls and assist or direct customers appropriately
Follow up with customer inquiries and leads as assigned
Enter and maintain accurate customer information in company systems
Help prepare quotes and product information for customers
Process retail transactions accurately
Keep the showroom clean, organized, stocked, and customer-ready
Maintain attractive product displays and ensure merchandise is properly presented
Receive, organize, and restock chemicals, accessories, and other retail products
Assist with inventory counts and product organization
Work closely with Sales Consultants, Service, Delivery, and other departments to provide an excellent customer experience
Participate in product and sales training
Help the showroom achieve customer service, sales, and performance goals
Perform other showroom and customer service duties as assigned
