About The Position
The Sales Associate creates an outstanding optical experience for Target Optical guests by combining product knowledge, experience, and a welcoming personality with each guest’s needs. The role helps customers find quality eyewear from the store’s fashion brands and supports a positive, inclusive shopping environment. The associate connects with customers, recommends eyewear suited to their lifestyles and preferences, and works toward sales targets. They receive hands-on training, collaborate with teammates and leadership, and help maintain a clean, organized, visually appealing store. The position is part-time and offers a pay range of $16.90–$23.55, with a possible bonus and/or commission plan. Nice To Haves
- Retail or customer service experience.
- Prior experience in optical retail or familiarity with optical products.
