About The Position

The Sales Associate creates an outstanding optical experience for guests by combining product knowledge, personal experience, and an engaging personality with guests’ needs and the store’s fashion brands. The role focuses on helping customers find eyewear that suits their needs and preferences while delivering welcoming, high-quality service. Associates work with their team and leadership to support a positive store environment and a seamless shopping experience.

Requirements

• Communication skills to engage customers and support sales.

• Interest in eyewear and fashion trends, with the ability to help customers find a suitable look.

Nice To Haves

• Retail or customer service experience.
• Prior optical retail experience or familiarity with optical products.
