About The Position

As an Oakley Sales Associate, you will help deliver exceptional customer experiences by meeting sales goals and offering personalized eyewear and apparel solutions. You will assist new and returning customers in finding products that fit their needs, provide tailored eyewear recommendations based on customers’ lifestyles and preferences, and use your expertise and enthusiasm to help customers elevate their performance. The role includes hands-on training and collaboration with experienced professionals, teammates, and store leadership. You will also help maintain a clean, organized, visually appealing store and contribute to an inclusive, respectful, and supportive environment for customers and colleagues.
