About The Position

Sunglass Hut Sales Associates provide an authentic, fun, and energetic experience for customers while helping them find premium-quality eyewear. They connect with customers, build lasting relationships, meet sales targets, and recommend eyewear suited to customers’ lifestyles and preferences. Associates work with teammates and leadership, participate in hands-on training, and help maintain a clean, organized, visually appealing store. The role also contributes to an inclusive and respectful environment for customers and colleagues.

Requirements

• Enthusiasm for helping others and creating great customer experiences.
• Communication skills to engage customers and drive sales in a dynamic environment.
