Assist in the operation of the Colorado Rockies Retail Store located at the Littleton Dugout Store.
Requirements
- Previous retail experience necessary
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Ability to work flexible hours, nights and weekends
- Basic Windows computer system knowledge
- Ability to Multi-task
- Professional manner to handle demands of store location
Responsibilities
- Opening and closing the location
- Retail sales transactions
- Ticket transactions
- Credit Card reconciliation
- Inventory Maintenance
- Customer service is paramount as our associates are responsible for representing the organization and answering questions regarding tickets, in-game promotions, Community Events and stadium operations.
