About The Position
PHOENIX Retail, LLC is a retail platform operating the Express and Bonobos brands. Express is a multichannel apparel brand focused on modern, confident, and effortless style. The Sales Associate provides a great in-store shopping experience for retail customers and assists with store tasks such as stocking, cleaning, and folding merchandise. The role is with Express at the Woodlands store.
Requirements
- High school education or equivalent.
- 0–2 years of relevant job experience, with a minimum of 6 months.
- Proficiency using technology such as iPads and registers.
- Availability that meets defined criteria, including nights, weekends, and non-business hours.
- Ability to meet the position's physical requirements.
- Customer service skills and ability to interact with customers.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, particularly with customers, the sales leadership team, and associates.
- Demonstrated collaborative skills and ability to work well within a team.
Nice To Haves
- Previous retail experience preferred.
Responsibilities
- Maintain clean and organized sales floors, checkout areas, fitting rooms, and stock rooms so the store is safe and inviting.
- Follow company policies and procedures to support the safety of associates and customers.
- Assist with product launch changes according to company standard operating procedures.
- Deliver all aspects of the customer experience model.
- Process transactions quickly and accurately to reduce customer wait times.
- Resolve customer service issues positively, determine an appropriate resolution or escalate them, and communicate issues and resolutions to Store Management.
- Explain credit and loyalty program benefits and encourage customers to participate.
- Perform other essential functions as directed by a supervisor.
