About The Position
Sunglass Hut Sales Associates provide an authentic, fun, and energetic experience to customers while helping them find premium-quality eyewear. The role focuses on achieving sales objectives, building customer relationships and brand loyalty, and delivering personalized service. Associates also contribute to a positive and inclusive store environment and maintain attractive, organized displays and inventory while securing company assets. This is a seasonal/temporary position at a Sunglass Hut shop-in-shop inside Cabela’s. The posting gives multiple pay ranges: $12.32–$13.09 and $15.16–$19.78. A competitive bonus and/or commission plan may also be offered. Benefits may include health care, retirement savings, paid time off/vacation, and employee discounts.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED.
- Ability to embrace new technology and change with a high level of accuracy.
- Self-accountability for sales results through use of selling skills and drive to meet goals.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Self-motivation and demonstrated ability to multitask and respond flexibly in a quickly changing environment.
