With over 350 employees and 49 stores across the country, our mission is to reinvent the home renovation shopping experience. We are currently looking for a Sales Associate to join the team at our Edmonton South store. Requirements
- Minimum 6 months of retail sales experience
- Available to work days, evenings, and weekends
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs
- Bilingual (French and English)
- Demonstrates autonomy, initiative, and a positive attitude
- Strong judgment and a solution-oriented mindset
- Holds a high school diploma or is currently working toward one
Responsibilities
- Achieve sales targets
- Build trust and loyalty by providing exceptional customer service
- Contribute to the store’s daily operations
- Deepen your product knowledge and share it with customers
- Play a key role in the success of the team
- Deliver exceptional customer service and ensure a memorable shopping experience
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships
- Be driven by sales objectives and performance indicators (SPH, DPT, etc.)
- Understand and apply company policies and procedures
- Engage in ongoing learning and share knowledge with the team
- Adhere to and promote health and safety standards
- Assist with opening and closing procedures
- Highlight and optimize in-store promotions
- Contribute to visual merchandising efforts
