About The Position

HUGO BOSS is seeking a Sales Associate for its BOSS Outlet at Citadel. The role represents the brand by delivering excellent customer experiences, presenting merchandise, and carrying out operational strategies that support positive operating profits. The associate provides customer service, drives personal sales through relationship selling and client-base development, follows store procedures and policies, supports health and safety operations, and helps build community relationships.

Requirements

2–3 years of specialty retail sales experience.
Strong customer service and selling experience.
Independent, self-motivated, detail-oriented, and entrepreneurial approach.
Strong business acumen, communication, and interpersonal skills.
A high level of taste and sophistication consistent with the HUGO BOSS lifestyle philosophy.
