About The Position
We are a growing Allstate agency in Mission, Texas, looking for a Sales Associate to join our team. This is a great opportunity to get your insurance license. As a licensed sales professional, you'll learn the business inside and out, help grow the agency, and build relationships in your community. There are opportunities for advancement, including potentially becoming an Allstate agency owner. Please note that this is employment with Allstate Exclusive Agents, who are independent contractors, not directly with Allstate Insurance Co.
Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older
- Bilingual (English and Spanish)
- Willing to learn
- Polite to customers and co-workers
- Computer literate
- Able to work full time
