About The Position

The Tile Shop is seeking a Part Time Sales Associate to work in our Showroom. In this role, you will interact with Interior Designers, Home Owners, and Trade Professionals, providing recommendations to meet their space, style, and cost requirements. You will build lasting relationships by exceeding customer expectations, understanding the installation and use of all products to educate customers, and understanding and tracking established individual sales goals. You will also track store orders, provide customers with product updates, and present yourself in a professional manner at all times. The goal is to meet sales expectation goals personally and contribute to team goals. Other duties may be assigned.

Requirements

Sense of Design: various styles, colors, and textures.
Basic mathematical and computer skills.
