About The Position

Sunglass Hut Sales Associates create an authentic, fun, and energetic experience for customers while helping them find premium-quality eyewear. They connect with new and returning customers, identify products that meet their needs, and provide tailored recommendations based on customers’ lifestyles and preferences. Associates receive hands-on training and collaborate with experienced professionals, teammates, and leadership to support excellent service and a positive store environment. They also help keep the store clean, organized, and visually appealing, while fostering an inclusive and respectful experience for customers and colleagues.

Requirements
