About The Position

HUGO BOSS is seeking a Sales Associate for its Macy’s shop in Towson. The role represents the HUGO BOSS brand by delivering an exceptional shopping experience, presenting merchandise effectively, and executing operational strategies that contribute to positive operating profits. The associate works with passion, ambition, and expertise to create excellent customer experiences and bring collections to customers. The position includes customer service and relationship selling, building a client base, maintaining product knowledge, supporting community engagement, processing sales transactions, and assisting with merchandising and store upkeep. The associate must follow company policies and procedures, including those related to signing, pricing, and loss prevention.

Requirements

2–3 years of specialty retail sales experience.
Strong customer service and selling experience.
Independent and self-motivated, with attention to detail and strong communication and interpersonal skills.
A high level of taste and sophistication consistent with the HUGO BOSS lifestyle philosophy.

College degree preferred, or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

Deliver exceptional customer service and communicate effectively with customers and the merchant group.
Drive personal sales through relationship selling, building a client base, and providing exemplary customer service.
Maintain awareness of product knowledge, product lines, merchandise promotions, and advertisements.
Build relationships with the community through personal involvement, public relations events, and advertising opportunities.
Complete sales transactions accurately and efficiently and maintain proper cash and media accountabilities at POS registers.
Assist with merchandising, display maintenance, and store housekeeping.
Follow and execute company policies, procedures, and practices, including signing, pricing, and loss prevention.
