About The Position
Camarillo Fitness (CamFit), an OrangeTheory Fitness franchise, is hiring Sales Associates for a front-of-house role at a fitness studio. The Sales Associate welcomes members and guests, guides prospective members through studio tours and membership options, manages sales, and supports the overall studio experience. CamFit offers heart-rate-based, high-intensity interval training workouts led by expert coaches, and positions its services as helping members build stronger, healthier lives. The position is listed as part-time or full-time, with salary based on experience and location. Studio location may vary. The role is part of the Operations department and involves supporting daily studio operations while contributing to an exceptional member experience.
Requirements
- Passion for health, fitness, and helping others achieve their goals.
- Strong sales skills and previous experience in a goal-driven environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced setting.
- Comfort using basic computer software, including Microsoft Office and email.
- Flexibility to work weekdays, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- A positive, proactive attitude and a desire to grow within the CamFit community.
Nice To Haves
- Previous fitness or retail sales experience.
- Experience working in fitness or wellness environments.
- Familiarity with membership management and CRM platforms.
- Knowledge of facility maintenance and gym equipment management.
- Experience supporting or managing multi-location operations.
- Microsoft Office platform and troubleshooting experience.
Responsibilities
- Welcome members and guests as the first point of contact, maintaining a friendly and positive attitude.
- Guide prospects through studio tours and membership options.
- Achieve sales goals for memberships, renewals, and retail products.
- Maintain accurate records using Orangetheory's established sales systems.
- Handle inbound calls, follow-ups, and customer care outreach.
- Support daily studio operations and ensure an exceptional member experience.
- Collaborate with coaches and fellow team members to foster a high-energy, team-first environment.
