About The Position

The Part-Time Sales Associate at ALDO drives sales while creating a positive in-store customer experience. The role supports the store team in meeting sales targets, maintaining visual merchandising, following store policies, and completing daily operational tasks. The position reports to the Store Manager.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in retail or the service industry.
• Deep interest in fashion.
• Customer-first approach and a natural ability to connect with people.
• Availability for day, night, and weekend shifts.
• Ability to stay on your feet and lift up to 35 lbs. (approximately 16 kg).

Responsibilities

• Meet individual sales goals and help the team achieve overall targets.
• Maintain the store’s visual presentation through merchandising and displays.
• Follow store policies and procedures, especially those related to payments, discounts, returns, and loss prevention.
• Support daily operations, including restocking and back-store tasks.
• Help create a positive, inclusive environment where everyone feels welcome.
