Frescobol Carioca is seeking dynamic Sales Associates to represent their boutique on West Broadway, opening in June 2026. The role focuses on delivering elevated, personalized in-store experiences, driving customer satisfaction, and fostering meaningful brand connections. As a brand ambassador, you will create authentic client relationships through thoughtful selling, product storytelling, and genuine hospitality. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, balances tasks effectively, and maintains a professional presence. Key responsibilities include supporting daily sales initiatives, engaging clients to drive conversion and loyalty, and upholding visual and operational standards. Collaboration with leadership and teammates to foster a positive, service-driven culture is essential. This role may involve opening/closing duties and keyholder responsibilities. Opportunities to support other brands within the Leap portfolio may also arise. Proficiency with retail technology like Shopify, Endear, Slack, and Google Workspace is advantageous.
