About The Position

Stretch Zone is hiring a Sales Associate to help clients achieve their goals through its practitioner-assisted stretching membership model. The role focuses on driving membership sales, delivering excellent customer service, supporting member retention, and promoting the value of practitioner-assisted stretching. Stretch Zone provides comprehensive, paid sales training and continuing-education opportunities, with leadership support to help maximize commissions and a direct career path that includes opportunities to become a Lead Sales Associate and Regional Manager.

Responsibilities

• Drive membership sales to guests who visit Stretch Zone.
• Greet guests, schedule appointments, answer the phone, and address member concerns.
• Support member retention by following daily operation guides, providing excellent customer service, and conducting consistent follow-ups.
• Promote practitioner-assisted stretching by meeting sales goals, encouraging add-on sessions, and improving sales skills.
• Build positive and professional relationships with members and team members to protect Stretch Zone’s culture.
