About The Position
At Charles Tyrwhitt, our purpose is to “Make it easy for men to dress well”. We are looking for an experienced Sales Associate to join our Chicago store team. This role involves providing exceptional customer service, offering styling and fit advice, and assisting with tailoring and custom product sales. You will be the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring a warm welcome and representing the CT Brand. Responsibilities also include general store operations such as restocking, managing shipments, and operating the register.
Requirements
- Confident Sales Associate who can connect with customers
- Ability to deliver excellence in customer experience
- Ability to offer advice on current trends relevant to clientele
- Previous experience in a similar position is a huge advantage
- Interest in menswear
- Work authorization to work in person within the United States
Responsibilities
