About The Position

TJ Maxx is seeking a Part-time Sales Associate to join their team. This role is responsible for delivering a highly satisfied customer experience by engaging with customers, embodying customer experience principles, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment. The associate will adhere to all operational, merchandise, and loss prevention standards and may be cross-trained to support various areas of the store. The position involves supporting a positive store culture, accurately processing transactions, promoting loyalty programs, maintaining merchandising standards, preparing merchandise for the sales floor, and participating in store recovery and maintenance. The role also includes adhering to labor laws, policies, and procedures, supporting shrink reduction goals, and maintaining a safe environment. Other duties may be assigned.
