About The Position

Sales Associates support the success of Sunglass Hut by creating an authentic, fun, and energetic experience for customers while helping them find premium-quality eyewear. They connect with customers, learn about their needs and preferences, and recommend eyewear suited to their lifestyles. The role includes working toward sales targets, learning through hands-on training, collaborating with the store team and leadership, and maintaining a clean, organized, visually appealing store. Associates help foster a welcoming, inclusive, and respectful environment for customers and colleagues.

Requirements

• Enthusiasm for helping others and creating positive customer experiences.
• Communication skills to engage customers and drive sales in a dynamic environment.
• Comfort using technology to enhance the customer experience and accuracy when processing transactions.
