About The Position

Power Wellness, a leader in health, fitness, and wellness management, is seeking dedicated Sales Associates to join their team. This role is crucial to the member experience, as Sales Associates are the first point of contact for new members. The position involves enrolling new members, guiding them towards club services that align with their goals, and fostering relationships with existing members. The ideal candidate is passionate about the impact of health and fitness and excels in sales.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • 2-3 years of experience in sales or a sales-associated field required.
  • Excellent sales, marketing, research, and tracking skills required.
  • Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Strong interpersonal communication, customer service, and presentation skills.
  • Excellent writing skills.
  • Ability to be flexible and accommodating regarding hours of operation and scheduling appointments for prospects and members.

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Touring prospective members and inspiring them to start a fitness program.
  • Contacting prospective members via phone and email.
  • Engaging with local businesses and organizations to promote the club and group memberships.
  • Assisting members in identifying services that will enhance their experience and help them achieve their goals.
  • Maintaining prospective and existing member files within the client relations management system.
  • Engaging in personal fitness activities such as working out with a trainer, attending classes, or exercising independently.
  • Greeting members and colleagues warmly.
  • Providing support in other areas as needed, demonstrating teamwork.
  • Contributing to changing people's lives through health and fitness.
