About The Position

Riser Fitness, established in 2013, is a multi-unit operator and developer of the Club Pilates franchise system and one of the largest and longest-operating Club Pilates franchisees. The Sales Associate supports studio operations and helps the General Manager achieve sales goals while delivering excellent customer service. The role assists with sales and customer relations to create a positive experience for clients. This is a part-time position.

Requirements

Excellent sales, communication, and customer service skills.
Goal-oriented, with the ability to achieve sales targets.
Ability to learn and use the Club Ready software system.
Fluency in English and excellent in-person, phone, and email communication skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Proficient computer skills.
Daily and/or occasional travel may be required.

Responsibilities

Execute the full sales process, including lead generation, follow-up, and closing sales.
Meet and exceed sales goals established by the General Manager.
Conduct studio tours with new prospects to build rapport and facilitate sales.
Learn and communicate information about products, programs, and pricing.
Emphasize and enforce the studio’s objectives as a fitness and wellness provider.
Book quality appointments to achieve monthly sales quotas.
Participate in grassroots and community events to promote the studio, including health fairs, grand openings, marathons, and community and hospital events.
Help maintain a clean, safe, and inviting environment.
Develop selling skills.
Attend special events and trainings as needed.
Perform other duties as assigned.

Hourly wage of $17 per hour, plus sales commission; average total earnings including potential commission are $17–$21 per hour.
