About The Position
As a Sales Associate, you represent the J.Crew brand with personal style and passion, bringing welcoming energy to the sales floor. You help customers discover their look and work collaboratively with team members and managers to support business success. The role focuses on creating a seamless customer experience grounded in collaboration, kindness, and inclusivity. You provide authentic customer service, drive sales, and complete operational and product-related store tasks assigned by management in alignment with brand values. You also share customer feedback and insights with the management team. The position requires scheduling flexibility, including nights, weekends, and holidays, and physical ability to bend, reach, stretch, and lift, carry, or move at least 40 pounds (18 kilos).
Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Passionately support the brand, customers, and teams.
- Stay up to date with current fashion trends and industry developments.
- Embrace teamwork, flexibility, and courtesy while executing tasks.
- Innovate and champion new ideas while navigating uncertainty, demonstrating strong problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities
