About The Position

CamFit is an OrangeTheory Fitness franchise offering science-backed, heart-rate-based high-intensity interval training. The Sales Associate is a customer-focused, front-of-house team member who welcomes members and guests, supports sales and studio operations, and helps create an exceptional studio experience. The role involves introducing prospective members to the studio and its membership options, meeting sales goals, maintaining records, and supporting member care. Employment may be part-time or full-time, and the salary range is based on experience and location.

Requirements

• Passion for health, fitness, and helping others achieve their goals.
• Strong sales skills and previous experience in a goal-driven environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced setting.
• Comfort using basic computer software, including Microsoft Office and email.
• Flexibility to work weekdays, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• A positive, proactive attitude and a desire to grow within the CamFit community.

Nice To Haves

• Previous sales experience in fitness or retail.
• Experience working in fitness or wellness environments.
• Familiarity with membership management and CRM platforms.
• Knowledge of facility maintenance and gym equipment management.
• Experience supporting or managing multi-location operations.
• Microsoft Office platform and troubleshooting experience.

Responsibilities

• Welcome members and guests as the first point of contact, maintaining a friendly and positive attitude.
• Guide prospective members through studio tours and membership options.
• Achieve sales goals for memberships, renewals, and retail products.
• Maintain accurate records using Orangetheory’s established sales systems.
• Handle inbound calls, follow-ups, and customer care outreach.
• Support daily studio operations and help ensure an exceptional member experience.
• Collaborate with coaches and fellow team members to foster a high-energy, team-first environment.
