Part Time Flex Sales Associate
About The Position
The Part Time Flex Sales Associate at Pandora’s Bergen Town Center Outlet delivers a world-class customer experience, exceeds sales goals, and supports store operations during peak hours and other periods when additional coverage is needed. The associate shares product knowledge, inspires customers to style their jewellery, and builds lasting connections that foster brand loyalty. The schedule varies with business needs and may include periods with few or no scheduled hours, balanced by increased availability during peak times. Work may range from 4 hours per month during slower periods to approximately 12 hours per week during peak seasons. The role requires a flexible schedule that includes evenings, weekends, and holidays, and applicants must complete an assessment emailed after submitting an application.
Requirements
- Demonstrated ability to sell with a results-oriented approach.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to connect with people at all levels of the organization.
- Must be at least 18 years old and provide proof of identity and eligibility to work.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule that includes evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Ability to stand for extended periods, lift more than 50 pounds, and arrive at work on time.
- Availability that can vary with business needs, including periods with few or no scheduled hours and increased availability during peak times.
