About The Position

Sales Associates contribute to the success of Sunglass Hut by providing customers with an authentic, fun, and energetic shopping experience and helping them find premium-quality eyewear. They connect with new and returning customers, understand their needs, recommend eyewear suited to their lifestyles and preferences, and help achieve sales targets. Associates receive hands-on training and collaborate with colleagues and leadership to provide excellent service and maintain a supportive team environment. They also help keep the store clean, organized, and visually appealing, while fostering an inclusive and respectful atmosphere for customers and colleagues.

Requirements

Enthusiasm for helping others and creating positive customer experiences.
Strong communication skills to engage customers and drive sales.
Comfort using technology to enhance the customer experience and accuracy with transactions.
Self-motivation, resilience, and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
Interest in eyewear and fashion trends, and ability to help customers find a suitable look.
