About The Position

The LEGO Group is seeking a Sales Associate (Brick Specialist) for their Freehold Raceway Mall location. This role is responsible for ensuring a signature experience for every guest, maintaining store appearance, operating the stockroom efficiently, and resolving customer issues. The position involves customer engagement, utilizing promotional materials and loyalty programs, and performing general store operational tasks.

Requirements

• Ability to maintain the stockroom to LEGO® Brand Retail standards.
• Knowledge of and adherence to all safety regulations.
• Ability to notify management of potential shortage situations.
• Ability to resolve customer issues.
• Ability to report challenging situations to the manager.

Responsibilities

• Ensure a signature experience for every guest by greeting them, performing cash register functions, and maintaining a professional, gracious, friendly, and engaging manner.
• Provide a clean, safe, and visually stimulating environment by performing daily cleaning duties, maintaining store displays, and executing LEGO® Brand Retail visual standards.
• Safely and efficiently operate the store stockroom, assist in receiving merchandise, maintain the stockroom to LEGO® Brand Retail standards, abide by safety regulations, and notify management of potential shortage situations.
• Resolve customer issues and report challenging situations to the manager.
• Customer engagement.
• Use of promotional materials and loyalty programs.
• Typically responsible for store operational tasks in duty.
