About The Position

As a Sales Associate, you’ll help deliver an exceptional customer experience while supporting store operations and sales goals. The role includes assisting customers in selecting eyewear based on their lifestyle, prescription, and budget; dispensing eyeglasses and contact lenses and providing lens training as permitted by state law; and educating customers on eyewear and contact lens care. You’ll also maintain accurate customer and patient records, communicate order status, answer incoming phone calls, keep the store clean and organized and visually merchandised to brand standards, and support inventory control and loss prevention procedures. Other duties may be assigned. Job duties and work practices may vary by location to comply with state licensing and credential requirements. Stores are closed every Sunday.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent required.
Skilled at multitasking and handling a fast-paced work environment.

Nice To Haves

One or more years of retail or customer service experience preferred.
