About The Position
As a Sales Associate, you'll be the welcoming face of a customer-centered environment that reflects our culture of hospitality. You'll be part of a team fostering genuine customer connections, sharing product knowledge, and providing personalized service. In this role, you'll have the opportunity to deliver a customer-centered experience that reflects our culture of hospitality. You will initiate authentic conversations with customers to understand their needs and provide personalized service. You will create a seamless omnichannel experience by utilizing available tools. You will educate customers about the benefits of brand loyalty programs. You will contribute to overall store performance by staying accountable to personal goals. You will assist store leaders with merchandising, inventory replenishment, and store organization. You will maintain a visually inspiring store environment that reflects brand standards. You will contribute to a positive work environment by embracing teamwork and collaboration.
Requirements
- Passion for our brand, fashion, and empowering confidence.
- Flexible availability — including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Team player mindset with a high level of ownership and initiative.
- Ability to quickly learn new processes and tools.
- Strong interpersonal and communications skills.
- Must be at least 16 years old for the following states: AZ, GA, ID, IL, KS, MS, MO, MT, ND, NV, OK, SD, TX, UT, and VA. For all other states, must be at least 18 years old.
- Ability to bend, reach, stretch for products as well as maneuver around the sales floor and stockroom, operate the register, and lift/carry up to 50 pounds.
