About The Position

As a Sales Associate, you act as a brand ambassador, bringing personal style, passion for the product and welcoming energy to the sales floor. You create genuine connections with customers and help them find their own unique look. You collaborate with team members and managers to drive the business, complete tasks that support a seamless customer experience, and contribute a collaborative, kind and inclusive atmosphere. The role involves working in store and supporting customers throughout the store.

Requirements

• Be at least 18 years old.
• Be available during busy periods, including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Be able to bend, reach and stretch, and lift, carry and move at least 40 pounds (18 kilos).
• Be able to regularly move around all store areas and remain accessible to customers.
• Bring a welcoming, authentic approach to customer interactions.
• Demonstrate a strong fashion aesthetic and interest in the brand.
• Be flexible and goal-oriented, and work collaboratively with the team.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales by exceeding selling and service expectations.
• Complete training, use product knowledge tools, participate in fit sessions, and apply those experiences on the sales floor.
• Assist with store tasks to help ensure the store is always presented at its best.
• Share feedback, insights and ideas with the management team.
• Act in a manner that aligns with company values.
• Welcome and connect with customers authentically, creating a positive first impression.
• Create seamless customer experiences and help customers find their own unique look.
