About The Position

As a Seasonal Sales Associate at Crocs, you help create memorable consumer experiences during the busiest times of year. You share information about products, promotions, collaborations, launches, and brand initiatives, and support the store team in meeting its goals. The role offers an opportunity to learn and develop alongside colleagues in a fast-paced retail environment.

The position involves working across store departments, including point-of-sale operations, customer service, merchandising, product placement, visual presentation, and stockroom operations. Employees follow Crocs policies and procedures, including those related to asset protection, shortage prevention, inventory control, and compliance.

Requirements

• Assist across store departments, including POS system management, customer service, merchandising, product placement, visual presentation, and stockroom operations.

• Stay informed about product collaborations, launches, and brand initiatives, and share this knowledge with consumers.
• Follow Crocs policies, including asset protection procedures, shortage prevention, inventory control, and compliance initiatives.
